Resource File Management

This tutorial document will guide you through accessing the Resource File Management feature in the system.

  1. Hover your cursor over the "Management" top-menu option.

  2. A drop-down menu will appear.

  3. Locate and click on the "File Management" option from the drop-down menu.

  4. You will be redirected to the File Management page.

  5. On the File Management page, find the section titled "Connection Information."

  6. This section will display relevant information such as resource connections, current primary account username, connection port and other related details.

  1. Download

  1. You can initiate the download process by clicking on the download button located on the same row as the file you want to download.
