Custom Benchmark / (Custom Recipe)

Except for CIS and CBDDO Benchmarks on SecHard, you can create your own custom benchmarks and run them as the same.

You can manage your Custom Benchmarks separately according to source type and family information.

1- Go to "Settings > Recipe > Recipes" page in the left menu and click on "Create Custom Recipe" button.

Fill in the following information and click the "Next" button.

Name: Enter the name of Custom Recipe.

Detail: Enter details about Custom Recipe.

Type: Select the source type to apply custom recipe.

Vendor: Select the source brand to apply custom recipe.

OS: Select the source family to apply custom recipe.

Category: Custom is selected.

Description: Enter a description about the custom recipe.

2- Enter the command and click the "Done" button.

3- Go to "Settings > Recipe > Benchmark" page in the left menu and click on Add Benchmark button.

Fill in the following information and click on "Save" button.

Benchmark Name: Enter the name of the benchmark.

Resource Type: Select the resource type to be applied to the benchmark.

Vendor: Select the brand of the resource to be benchmarked.

Family: Select the resource family to be benchmarked.

Description: Benchmark description is entered.

4- You can list all items on a single page by changing the display area on the page that opens.

If you want to include the relevant item in the benchmark; select the box and include it with "Associate selected". You can select more than one item by holding down CTRL.

5- Go to "Resource > Resources" page. Select Windows Server 2022 resource and click on the name.

6- Go to "Security Zone > Hardening" page from the top menu. Go to the "Hardening Recipes" area and select the custom created benchmark by clicking the "CIS Benchmark" drop-down menu.
