7.7.1 Approval Mechanism

Go to User Management > Edit Roles. Select which users who are members of which group will send a request by going to Approvers.

Click on the "Add Approvers" button on the top left side and select to whom the request will be sent.

Select which group or user will receive and accept requests. The image shows that requests will be sent and accepted to people who are members of the Admin group. Level 0 option represents the first person/group to accept.

It can also be selected to send and accept a request to a second group/person. In the Add Approver screen, the relevant group/person is selected and assigned to Level 1.

The added groups/persons can be deleted or another group/person can be added again.

Right click on the user who will send the request and click on "Manage Resource Accounts".

Select the resources to be assigned to the user. Press the Edit Accounts button in the Action section.

When connecting to the resource, it is selected with which accounts to send a request request. In the image, it is shown that when the user wants to connect to the relevant resource with the Administrator account, the request request will go.

When the relevant user wants to connect to the resource, they encounter locked accounts.

The user creates a request by entering information such as the account they want to connect to, on which days, between which hours and why they want to connect.

The sent request is sent as a notification to the members of the selected group or to the relevant person if only the person is selected.

Requests made are notified from the Notifications section. Clicking on the Notification will redirect to the "Requests" page. This page can also be accessed from the left side menu. Access is allowed by clicking Approve. Reject denies access.
