4.1.5.4.1. Backup & Stores

Backups of network devices are taken manually or scheduled. The received Backups are stored on the system for the specified period of time. Each Backup received is compared with the current Config of the device. The resulting Diff is shown in detail on the Backup page.

Added lines are shown in Green and deleted lines are shown in Red. The desired Backup can be deleted by using the red delete button on the right side.

If an Alarm is triggered, an Alarm will occur if Backups are deleted. Backups are kept on the Database for 30 days even if they are deleted from the screen.

View Backup: Used to view the Backup on the screen.

Export Backup: Used to download the Backup.

View Backup Hash: Used to view the hash Backup.

Diff Restore Backup: Used to restore only the changes

Full Restore Backup: Used to restore the Full Config.

Show Diff Script: Used to display the Diff Script.
