Solution 1: Check the FQDN and WinRM Type of the Attached Resource
Right click on the SecHard attached source and click Edit. FQDN and WinRM Auth Type should be checked on the screen that opens.
FQDN must be entered in the server/clients attached to the domain and WinRM Type Kerberos must be selected.
Solution 2: Check Attached User Information
User and Password must be checked. Remote connection is made to the related server/client. Login attempt is made to the relevant server with the user and password attached on SecHard.
Solution 3: User Group Should be Controlled
The group of the related user should be checked. To check, go to Active Directory Users and Computers. Select the area where Users is located. In the window that opens, find the user and right click Properties. In the screen that opens, go to the "Member Of" tab above and check the groups that the user is a member of.
Solution 4: Check DNS and PTR Records
DNS record is checked. To check the DNS record, open powershell and type nslookup <ip-address> command.
Run dnsmgmt.msc to check the PTR record. Go to Reverse Lookup Zones section on the screen that opens. In the tab that opens, check the PTR record of the relevant server
Solution 5: Time Difference Between Domain Controller and Server/Client
Time is checked in Domain Controller environment and related server/client. If the time and date are different on both servers, the time on the domain controller server is checked and the related server/client is set to the same time. If the date is the same, the time difference is checked. The time difference between the Domain Controller and the server/client should be Maximum 5 Minutes. In time differences exceeding 5 minutes, it gives credentials error.
