RDP user name’de yazan accountun RDP yetkisi bulunmamaktadır. RDP yetkisi açılmalıdır.
Solution: Control panel> system and security >system >remote settings buradan allow remote connection to this computer bunu ve altında yer alan network level authentication.
Other Option: Other Opiton: Group Policy açılarak Local Policies > user right assignment buradan "Deny Acces to this computer from the network" kontrol edilmelidir.
