SERVICE DESK
· To use the SecHard Service Desk, you can click Tools → Support → Service Desk.
· On the opened page, the email request option is the easiest and fastest way to create a ticket.
· Emails sent via this option are delivered directly to our support mailbox.
· Alternatively, you can click the SecHard logo at the top and select Raise a Request.
· From there, you can choose the relevant category such as Technical Support, Licensing, or Bug Report.
· After selecting a category, please fill in the required fields on the form and submit your request.
