Çözüm:İlgili GPO maddesini editleyip (2.3 Security) Computer Config > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options altında DC’ye erişip, Group Policy Management üzerindeki 2.3 Securtiy Options isimli Gpo'yu editleyip Path kısmındaki ayar "not configured" yapılmalıdır.
